Brad Thomas, founder and trainer, started training protection dogs and later became an independent decoy for dogs in ring sport and police service dogs. He trained tracking dogs and served as a member of the renowned Michigan Technical Rescue Operations Team (MTROT) under the direction of Captain Michael Brink as both handler and trainer. That association led him into fire service where he trained and handled an accelerant detection canine for both fire department and private insurance company investigations.
